Over X-Pore CEPAration
X-Pore CEPAration ontwikkelt en produceert innovatieve roestvrijstalen membraanfilters voor industriële filtratieprocessen. Onze technologie wordt gebruikt in uiteenlopende toepassingen, zoals waterzuivering, chemische processen en de voedingsmiddelenindustrie.
De productie vindt plaats in onze faciliteit in Helmond, waar wij in een klein en technisch gedreven team werken aan de verdere opschaling van deze technologie.
Voor onze productieactiviteiten zoeken wij een Technisch Operator die graag werkt in een high-tech productieomgeving en bij wil dragen aan de verdere groei van het bedrijf.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Technisch Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en optimaliseren van verschillende productieprocessen.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
– Bedienen en instellen van verschillende productiemachines
– Werken met verschillende processtappen zoals kneden, extrusie, laserlassen, coatingprocessen
– Controleren en registreren van productkwaliteit
– Signaleren en oplossen van eerste lijn storingen
– Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en productie-output
– Meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces
Je werkt samen met een klein team waarin zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid belangrijk zijn.
Wat breng je mee?
Wij zoeken een nauwkeurige en technisch geïnteresseerde operator.
Je beschikt bij voorkeur over:
– MBO werk- en denkniveau (technische richting is een pré)
– Ervaring als operator of in een technische productieomgeving
– Interesse in techniek en procesoptimalisatie
– Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken
– Basiskennis van computers voor procesregistratie
– Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
Duits is een pré, maar geen vereiste.
Wat bieden wij?
– Een marktconform salaris volgens de cao Metaal en Techniek (Metaalbewerking), afhankelijk van ervaring tussen de €3000 en €3400 per maand

About X-Pore CEPAration
X-Pore CEPAration develops and manufactures innovative stainless steel membrane filters for industrial filtration processes. Our technology is used in a wide range of applications, including water treatment, chemical processing and the food industry.
Production takes place at our facility in Helmond, The Netherlands, where we work with a small, technically driven team on the further scaling of this technology.
To support our production activities, we are looking for a Technical Operator / Production Operator who enjoys working in a high-tech production environment and contributing to the growth of the company.
Your responsibilities
As a Technical Operator, you will be responsible for operating and optimizing several production processes.
Your tasks will include:
– Operating and setting up various production machines
– Working in different process steps such as kneading, extrusion, laser welding, coating processes
– Monitoring and recording product quality
– Identifying and resolving first-line technical issues
– Ensuring safety, quality and production output
– Contributing ideas for continuous improvement of the production process
You will work in a small team where independence, responsibility and technical curiosity are highly valued.
Your profile
We are looking for a precise and technically interested operator.
Ideally you have:
– Vocational education (MBO level) in a technical field or similar experience
– Experience as an operator or in a technical production environment
– Interest in technology and process optimization
– A structured and careful way of working
– Basic computer skills for process documentation
– Good command of Dutch and English
German is considered an advantage, but is not required.
